This fully stocked home away from home has 2 private queen bedrooms, a sleeper loft with 4 twin beds and an additional queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The master bedroom features a private, walk-out porch overlooking the stocked 1/4 acre pond. Enjoy all that nature has to offer from the screened-in porch, deck or concrete patio. Hot tub seats 6. Backyard fire pit perfect for enjoying starry nights with friends and family. Property features a concrete basketball court, game room in garage including ping pong, pool, foosball, carpetball, bean bag toss and more. Perfect for families!

Our stay was awesome! We had plenty of towels for the hot tub and shower, many pillows, clean smells, and many games. The stay was equipped with everything that you would need.

Lovely location!

We had 6 adults and 3 kids comfortably stay in this location. We loved the game room and being close to Hocking Hills State Park. A truly lovely time and place!

Great Holiday Weekend

Absolutely a great place. The kids loved the game room, especially carpet ball. Beautiful and clean, lots of room. Seen deer and hummingbirds, close to lots of attractions. They had a basket with lots of brochures to attractions close by. The mattresses and pillows were slightly uncomfortable but over all I would highly recommend this place.

Friend reunion stay

Awesome property. The hiking trails are kept clean and everything (up to even the basketballs being pumped) was clean and ready for us. The game room is an awesome touch and the kitchen had plenty of supplies. Thank you!!!

Great!

This house did not disappoint! They had everything you could possibly need and the house was spotless upon arrival. It’s very private but close to everything we wanted to see. We are already trying to plan another trip to stay at this location again :). There was plenty of space for everyone in our family and lots to keep the kids busy. Thanks so much for a wonderful trip!!!

Great Cabin

It was wonderful. Great open spaces indoor and outdoor. Plenty of space for people to hang out and sleep. The game room and basketball ball court is another awesome addition! We haven't spent so much time outside in awhile. Fire pit was great too! Everything was fantastic! Definitely will be back! Thanks!

A nice getaway

The water pressure was very low it was hard doing dishes sometimes. The owners were amazing and very easy to contact if needed and friendly. Hot tub was good and the fire pit area was nice. Definitely need to update the pool sticks and the ping pong paddles. We would definitely stay again! Lots of deer in the backyard! The cabin was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed!

Family Vacation

Used this property for spring break with my 4 children. It was a very nice place and all amenities listed were accessible. Communication was excellent also house rules listed were accessible inside of home. Pond was stocked as mentioned, my son caught a fish and was overly excited about it. First fish of the season! Definitely will use this property again in the future!

Great home good location ..games in garage & games & DVD’s in home..hooks in bathrooms & halls..warm shower..great fire pit with nice chairs..well stocked with towels washcloths paper towels TP..clean bedding..great directions & area info..It was surface clean but could use deep cleaning ie: rails to loft needed cleaning..vent in master bath.. dirt & grass in freezer..probably from icebag being dropped on ground to break up. Dishwasher soap dispenser was stuck or had not been run so some of the dishes in cupboard were dirty. Middle ceiling fan was progressively wobbling more & making noises so we chose not to use it the last night..AC was great! Loft could use hooks or bars for clothing.. & end table for beds. Overall it’s a beautiful home in a beautiful peaceful setting.. reasonably priced.. good location. Would highly recommend! …watched a fawn bounding through the tall grass beyond the back yard! We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!

Awesome Cabin!

This cabin is in a great location and was able to house my family and friends for a week of fun! We played all of the garage games and had a fire every night! The beds were comfortable. 4 of the beds are only accessible via a ladder, so keep that in mind if there are small children or older folks in your group. We weren't able to use the sleeper sofa because it was breaking in spots and not comfortable, but they did have a nice air mattress to use instead. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to spend time with people, this is a great little getaway!

Jim was very communicative and detailed and helpful. The main room was very spacious and comfortable. The inside space was pretty clean but very dated tub/shower. The screened in porch was very dirty with dead bugs on the couch and very dirty dated cushions. Not really usable! Outdoor rockers on porches were uncomfortable . Beds were comfortable (may want to bring own pillows!) The upstairs sleeping space does not have a bathroom. Good location. Easy access to main roads.

This cabin was perfect. There was plenty to do. The kids enjoyed fishing in the pond as well as playing carpet ball in the garage. We all enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great really. Knives are very dull. I think we were thrown off by the loft area. It’s not really easy to get luggage up and down. The beds upstairs in the loft are not comfortable mostly just springs. (I didn’t use any of those but a couple of the guys did)Everything else was wonderful. Plenty of plates, towels, games and everything. The owners were extremely easy to reach. Overall I am very pleased with the experience for my first Vrbo stay.

Words can not describe nor do pictures do any justice. Very beautiful property and home. Home owners very responsive when messaged. Ease of check in and out, quiet peaceful, deer in back yard, trail in back of property great for walking or bikes. About 20 minutes to Hocking Hills and maybe 5 minutes at the most to a Dollar General, Save-A-Lot very anything you forgot at home but rest assure the homeowners have all those small things to make stay comfortable. Definitely would go again

The cabin was great. Very clean and had everything you need. We cooked every night and had all the pots, pans and utensils needed. Kids had fun fishing in the pond catching sunfish and small bass. Cabin is located close to town and amenities.

Fantastic rental! Stocked with everything you could need. We had one issue while we were there, and the owner could not have been more accomidating to fix the issue. Very easy to communicate with. We would recommend this place to anyone! We are already talking about booking it again!

We live in Columbus, Ohio with our two boys and enjoy getting away from it all in our family cabin as often as possible. We love this log home and spending time on the property and in the surrounding Hocking Hills. We want other families to enjoy the same experience as well.

Why they chose this property

What can we say, we love it! Our boys love the outdoors and sports and this property has lots of open space to play which is a rare find in the Hocking Hills. We love the area having both graduated from Ohio University in Athens and its short commute from Columbus.

What makes this property unique

Our property offers just the right mix of location, features and amenities. It's close to everything and a short distance from Route 33 but feels secluded. Relaxing inside or out, playing sports, fishing in the pond, walking the creek or woods, seeing all the stars in the sky at night, what's not to love?
