This 1929 pier and beam home features original hardwood floors, a deluxe bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a large kitchen, 2 refrigerators, large living room with gas fireplace, free Wi-Fi, Dish TV, 2 king sized beds, 1 futon, sleeps 5 or 6, washer and dryer, use of scooter, outdoor gas grill, fenced-in backyard with large trees and a rope swing and small town peace and quiet. It is a safe neighborhood, surrounded by 5 local churches and within walking distance to downtown. There you can enjoy boutique and antique shopping, the local movie theater and 2 quaint coffee shops.
