Welcome to our cozy flat located in a building without lift, only 80mt from the beach. The space is composed of a living/dining room with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed set in a niche, a full bathroom with shower (curtains), and a balcony. Equipped with A/C, TV, and one uncovered parking spot. It can accommodate up to four guests.
°The flat may be situated on the 1st or 2nd floor. Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.

-1 beach place per booking: 1 parasol, 1 sun chair, 1 sun lounger; assigned upon availability, starting from the 4th row

-Security deposit: 100 Euros > to be returned at the check-out after the property inspection
