This charming apartment is ideally located in the heart of Lisbon, within easy reach of many of the city's main attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering different cuisines.

The living room offers a comfortable sofa where you can relax after a day exploring the city, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table for enjoying meals. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a stovetop, oven, mini fridge with freezer, kettle, and toaster, as well as essential cookware and utensils. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The bedroom is a cosy and relaxing space featuring a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and plenty of storage. All beds are prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Air conditioning and heating are available throughout the apartment for year-round comfort.

The apartment has two bathrooms, both equipped with everything you may need to freshen up, including fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

Step outside onto the private balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture — the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the fresh air.

The building also features a small outdoor swimming pool available for guests, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the sunny Lisbon days.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure your comfort.

For added convenience, the building has an elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A stylish and comfortable apartment in central Lisbon, just moments from Avenida da Liberdade. Guests can stroll to Rossio Square, explore the elegant Príncipe Real gardens, and experience the lively Bairro Alto nightlife. Nearby attractions include Elevador da Glória, Chiado’s historic cafés, and São Jorge Castle with its panoramic city views. Surrounded by boutiques, restaurants, theatres, and excellent transport links, it’s an ideal base for discovering Lisbon’s culture, shopping, and iconic landmarks.

The nearest metro station, Avenida (Lisbon Metro – Blue Line), is just a 3–4 minute walk from the property, providing direct access to key areas of the city.

The nearest train station, Rossio (Sintra Line), is approximately a 15-minute walk, offering regular connections to Sintra and surrounding areas.

Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is about a 20-minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
