Bellagio Breva is a bright and comfortable apartment in a gated complex, with a communal pool and quiet green spaces. A delightful home away from home where you can enjoy the unparalleled charm and beauty of Lake Como. A few steps from the historic center of Bellagio, the beach, clubs with swimming pools, restaurants, shops, villas, ferries and much more.
The space The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a private fenced garden that opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, dining table, TV and an open kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and access to a second private garden with beautiful mountain views. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
One of the strengths of this apartment is the shared pool, with umbrellas available and a relaxation area with lawn, surrounded by a well-kept garden. The pool is open from 1 June to 30 September (weather permitting).
At the disposal of guests there are services such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, washing machine, dryer, iron and hairdryer. Guests can use a private parking space in the garage inside the property.
