Includes a shower, WC, sink, and a washing machine, while additional conveniences such as a TV in both the living room and bedroom, air conditioning in the bedroom, hairdryer, iron, clothes drying rack, and wardrobe ensure your comfort.

Outside, you'll find an excellent area with 2 sunbeds for relaxation and a jacuzzi for moments of pure relaxation. The use of the jacuzzi is free, with an optional heating service available upon prior arrangement with the owner, at an additional charge of 10 euros per session.
