Locmiquel is a small village very quiet at the water's edge in the Gulf of Morbihan. it is located on the cove in front of Larmor Baden (1 km by road)
The house is 50 m from the water (small cove) and 250 m from an easily accessible sandy beach where it is nice to swim at high tide. the house is stone and has been completely renovated a few years ago, with a refined western style decoration. the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets; the garden of 100 m2 is full south, it offers a sea view with a terrace that allows you to enjoy the sun;
Possibility to rent a weekend
 A deposit of € 1,500 is to be given at the entrance to the premises
