Designed for relaxing and socialising, the ground floor is the space in which you can all get together to chat, watch the TV or gather for meals. Plus, you have one ground floor king bedroom. Upstairs on the second and third floors floor you have an additional bedroom as well as the bathrooms.

Sleeping up to ten guests, there are five bedrooms in total.

Like to end each day with a refreshing shower? Or do you look forward to a long soak in a bathtub at night? You can do either or both here. Two bathrooms will help avoid queues when you’re all getting ready to go out for the day or evening.

Park-up right outside and enjoy having a house all to yourselves, close to all Scarborough’s attractions and business zones. Enter through your own front door and feel life’s stresses and strains just drift away. You’re in the homeliest of homes by the sea.

As a base, you have everything close by with many restaurants, shops and bars within easy reach.

The Peasholm Park is just a two minutes’ walk away, where you can enjoy the lakes and gardens, or have a go on the pedalos or rowing boats. You can even watch the brass bands that play throughout the summer.

The Open Air Theatre, the largest in Europe, is a 15 minute walk away, where you can see famous acts entertaining throughout the summer.

A short stroll will lead you to the North Bay beach.

Close by, you will find the coastal towns and villages of Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay, Flamborough Head and Filey, all fabulous for a day out. Beach ½ mile.
