Seagenic is a charming holiday apartment in Nieuwpoort Bad, accommodating up to 5 guests. It features 1 bedroom and a bright living area with open kitchen. From the living room, you step directly onto the terrace, where you can enjoy an open view and a peaceful setting, bordering Prins Maurits Park and close to the pier. Thanks to its prime location, shops, restaurants, the sea and the beach are all within walking distance.



The Space:

As soon as you enter Seagenic, you arrive in the open living area with kitchen, where the open view over Prins Maurits Park immediately catches your eye. Through the large sliding window, you have direct access to the terrace – a lovely spot to relax in the sun with a drink and a snack. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer, oven/microwave and mini dishwasher.



The apartment accommodates 5 people: one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room that can be converted into a double bed, and a fold-away cabinet with an integrated single bed. The bathroom includes a washbasin, shower and toilet.



Thanks to its excellent location in Nieuwpoort Bad, near the pier and bordering the park, you stay within walking distance of the sea, beach, shops and restaurants, with the terrace and open view as absolute highlights.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.



Other Things to Note:

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
