Umbria is still an unspoiled and there are not too many tourists. It’s amazing to experience real Italian life here.

It’s surrounded by woods and silence but with all modern facilities like WiFi in all rooms and outside, airco units in all rooms, good heating system, fully equipped kitchen, tv, wooden pizza oven.
We are able to organize various services and activities for guests staying in this villa like drivers, rental cars delivery, cooking classes, at home chefs, truffle hunting, wine tastings and guided tours in various towns of central Italy like Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Siena and Arezzo
