French doors lead you onto a large terrace with a table and chairs set to seat four. This is the perfect vantage point to relax and enjoy the beautiful views along the Mojacar coastline. Also, as the apartment is south-facing, it is an excellent sun trap and is the ideal spot for topping up that tan!

This superb south-facing apartment boasts a large private terrace with fantastic sea and mountain views along the Mojacar coastline

It is set back close from the beautiful sandy beaches that Mojacar is renowned for and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close at hand. This area of Mojacar is one of the most sought after.

There is a large master bedroom with large wardrobes for storage and the twin bedroom has a chest of drawers for storage.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and there is WIFI throughout.

Clients will be welcomed with a bottle of cava on arrival.
