The Space
Villa Sun Haven is designed across three levels of entertainment and relaxation:
The Ground Floor (Fun & Food): This level is all about socializing. It features a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, and more) and a bathroom. The highlight is the private Game Room with a professional billiard table and —perfect for evening tournaments.
The Authentic Cellar: Below the house lies a traditional "Konoba," offering a cool, rustic atmosphere for tasting local flavors.
The First Floor (Comfort & Views): A spacious living room with a sofa bed (for two extra guests) that opens onto a beautiful covered terrace, ideal for alfresco dining. This floor also hosts two cozy bedrooms (160x200 cm beds) and two full bathrooms for extra convenience.
The Second Floor (The Master Suite): A private sanctuary consisting of one elegant bedroom (160x200 cm bed) with direct access to a large sun terrace.



The Highlight: Private pool
Perched on the top floor terrace is your private 5x3 meter pool (1.3m deep). Swim under the blue sky while enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding hills—a truly unique feature that ensures total privacy and sun all day long.

Sun & Sea: Beautiful, secluded beaches and coastal spots are within a short drive from the villa (about 10-15 minutes).
Dubrovnik & Beyond: The world-famous Old Town of Dubrovnik is a scenic 30-35 minute drive away.
Travel Tip: Due to the villa’s serene and elevated location, a car is essential to explore the coast, nearby restaurants, and the stunning Adriatic surroundings with ease.

Your villa will be ready for you from 17:00 (5:00 PM) on the day of your arrival.

**Arrival Instructions:**
Villa Sun Haven is located at Mravinca 3, Mravinca, Croatia. We recommend using a GPS for the most accurate directions. The journey to our tranquil villa offers lovely views of the Croatian countryside. Property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00 which is official check in time. In order to receive your keylock code and detailed access information to your property, you are required to fill out your passport details in the Pre check-in form you received on your email address. Please note that we are obligated to register all guests in the Croatian Registry of Tourists called eVisitor so we need these details.
