The apartment is arranged on a single level and opens onto a pleasant corridor that leads to the spacious living area. All rooms, except the living room, are located on the right side of the corridor, one after another. The first room is the bedroom, bright and airy thanks to a large window, featuring a double bed and a practical shoe cabinet.

Next is the bathroom, decorated in warm sand tones with parquet flooring, complete with a bidet and a shower cabin.

Continuing down the corridor is the kitchen, elegantly designed in stainless steel and fully equipped for preparing any meal. The kitchen also includes a small table for two, ideal for light meals.

The corridor ends in the large living area, enlighted by three windows, featuring a cozy seating area with a sofa (convertible into a double bed) and a smart TV, plus a dining area with a wooden table and four chairs. There is also a desk and chair, perfect for work or study.
