With exclusive access to a beautifully heated pool (open April 1st - October 1st), it’s the perfect spot to unwind, swim, and soak up the serene surroundings.



The open-plan lounge and kitchen offer a stylish, modern space to relax and entertain, with large windows looking directly onto the pool. There is a grand fire place, perfect for cosy evenings. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a conveniently located bathroom just steps away. Also, take advantage of the ample hanging space for your clothes. The room also offers a serene view of the swimming pool, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom boasts a stylish walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a long day.



In winter, the massive fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere, making this the ideal retreat no matter the season. Step outside to your own private oasis: a BBQ, picnic table, and several sun loungers surrounding the pool, perfect for sunbathing, dining, or simply enjoying the breath taking views of the Thames.

There is direct access to the river Thames so precautions should be taken for children. Getting Around:

Goring and Streatly train station is a 10 minute walk from the property. There are direct trains from London, there are also quicker trains but you need to change inReading, it is under an hour from Paddington Goring and Streatly. The train takes 12 minutes from Reading.



We provide a permit for 1 car to park free of charge for the duration of your stay in the village car park (approx 300m from the property).
