Our property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

We know how important a good nights sleep and a great shower is. We have spared no expense in providing supremely comfortable beds with mattresses of the highest quality with well equipped and beautifully finished bathrooms with excellent showers.

All of our bedrooms have wardrobe storage, blackout curtains and a small dressing table area. We use very high quality bed linens, fluffy pillows and sumptuous duvets.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed which sleeps 1 or 2 people. It also has an en-suite shower room with rainfall shower, wash basin with vanity mirror, a toilet and handheld bidet. It looks out on to the garden to the rear of the property.

Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed which sleeps 1 or 2 people. It also looks out on to the garden to the rear of the property.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed with single bunk above it. Better suited to teenagers / younger children. Can sleep 2 / 3 younger people.

The main bathroom has a bath tub for relaxing in as well as a rainfall shower above the bath if you need to be away swiftly.

The main reception room is a combined kitchen with all the basics and living room with comfortable sofa and smart TV as well as a small dining table that seats 4.

The whole apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. I hope you'll be able to relax and truly feel a little bit spoilt whilst also feeling at home.

You'll always be able to contact me (your host) or a caretaker if I'm not available. There's a mobile number displayed in the property where you'll be able to reach someone on call.

This apartment shares a communal entrance and corridor. It's located in central Broughty Ferry with great public transport links very close by.

Bust stops heading in all directions are right outside the main entrance and the train station and taxi rank are just a few minutes walk away.

You'll be able to access the property using a code for the lock on the front door. The home will be ready for your arrival and I'm on hand for any questions / queries. If you'd prefer an in-person check in that's usually no problem either, one of us will be happy to meet you in person.
