The open-plan living area offers a welcoming space to unwind, featuring a cozy couch and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Large windows with electric shutters allow plenty of natural light to fill the room. From here, you can step onto the balcony, an ideal spot to enjoy some fresh air or a quiet moment outdoors.

The kitchen is seamlessly integrated with the living space and is equipped with essential cooking utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

The apartment features two inviting bedrooms with comfortable double beds and built-in wardrobes, offering plenty of storage space. The suite provides extra privacy with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a refreshing shower.

An additional bathroom with a bathtub is available for guests, ensuring comfort and convenience for everyone.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Ribeirão, ideal for exploring the Minho region. Guests are close to Vila Nova de Famalicão’s city center, with its cafés, restaurants, and cultural spots, and within easy reach of Braga and Guimarães, both rich in history and architecture. It’s a great base for discovering northern Portugal’s charming towns, local cuisine, and scenic countryside.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Trofa (Linha do Minho), is approximately a 7–10 minute drive from the property, offering regular connections to Porto (São Bento / Campanhã) and other northern cities.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) in Porto is about a 25–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
