Activities and amenities ON SITE include community fire pits, a lakefront picnic area, lakefront bench swings and grill by your cottage, as well as a 16-slip dock from which to swim and fish (equipped also with a fish cleaning station for your catch!) Get out ON the lake with a boat rental (rented on site at the guest office). Wake up to some of the most beautiful sunrises seen on the lake! Glider rockers on your porch, swings and hammocks throughout the grounds add to your relaxing getaway at the lake.

This cabin lake house is located on very gentle sloping grounds making it an easy walk to the water. Its private master bedroom has a pillow top king bed and romantic in-room electric fireplace. The second lodge-like bedroom has 2 queen beds and a lakeview den area with queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own TV. Two full bathrooms - one full bath off the main room and a 2nd tile shower bathroom with sliding barn door entry from the master bedroom. The main room den has a 60-inch large flat screen TV with 200+ satellite channels and DVD player. From the den, walk out to your own deck with glider rockers and seating to enjoy the view.

Make your own dinners in its gathering kitchen & table well-stocked with pots, pans & utensils. Full size refrigerator, stove, 12-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, with cooking in or grilling out by the lake supplies. The cabin's easy access to I-65 makes the cabin/resort convenient to shopping and a night on the town, yet in a secluded peaceful setting.

The Cozy Cottage sleeps 4-6 persons comfortably and can sleep 8 persons max with use of both sleeper sofas. Bring your own boat and rent for additional $17 per day or rent a boat from the resort office. Special summer/late summer discounts of $50-$100 off full day boat rentals. Choose from a deck boat, fishing pontoon or from two 200 HP sports pontoons, with discounts available through Oct 22nd! Please inquire about boat rental availability before you book, and we would be happy to reserve your selection/date upon booking, with an additional $200 deposit (added toward rental price). Boat rentals will require a signed rental agreement, driver's license and credit card to be presented at guest office, and state boater safety certificate shown if renter is born 1984 or after. Renter must return rented watercraft fueled to "full" by nearby marina next upon return for total deposit to be applied.*
