Pool, meant to be the big feature of the property, was closed for maintenance. Flat was freezing when we arrived. Dreadful condensation inside windows in the morning, water literally pooling on the window ledge inside. Couldn’t get consistent hot water in bathroom sink or kitchen. Awful skimpy towels — not sufficient. Toilet seat would not stay up. Bathroom was quite grotty, whole place in need of a deep clean. When I complained to the host about the pool not being available I got an automated chatbot response asking me to rate their support. Twice. Dreadful host, tin pot property. Avoid.

The key feature of this property and the hero image on the listing was the indoor lap pool. Unfortunately there was no pool -- it was undergoing maintenance and had been for some months. The apartment was freezing when we arrived. There is very bad condensation inside the windows resulting in pooling water on the sills in the morning. The hot water in the bathroom sink and kitchen was not consistent. Very poor quality towels and the toilet seat did not stay up. The bathroom was grotty and the whole place could do with a deep clean. When I contacted the host to complain about the pool I got an automated reply from a bot asking me to rate their "support". Twice.
