Perched on the peaceful hills of Skinaria in Volimes, in northern Zakynthos, Royal Majestic Complex offers a relaxing retreat surrounded by nature and breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. The complex consists of seven units - six studios and one maisonette - which can be rented individually or together by larger groups. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling off while taking in the beautiful natural surroundings.



This charming sea-view maisonette combines comfort, privacy, and a tranquil atmosphere, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to experience the authentic beauty of the island.



The maisonette spans 65 m² across two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The property is arranged over two floors and features two comfortable open-plan sleeping areas.



On the top floor, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, TV, and a private bathroom with shower. This level opens onto a spacious balcony with panoramic sea views, offering a wonderful spot to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or admire the sunset over the Ionian Sea.



The ground floor includes an open-plan space with two single beds, a sitting area with a single sofa bed, and a compact kitchenette equipped with the essentials for preparing light meals.
