The living area features a 43-inch Smart TV and 100mbps WiFi, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. A spacious dining table provides ample space for meals.

The flat includes one bathroom stocked with shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. It features a queen-size bed ensuring a restful sleep with soundproof windows and air-conditioning in all main rooms. A security door adds an extra layer of safety.

Enjoy a private balcony with views of the street and the expansive green area of the nearby hospital complex.

Other things to note
If a guest leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and access cannot be gained using a spare key, a locksmith will need to be called. In such cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be the responsibility of the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key in the interior side of the lock to prevent this situation.

*Parking:
There is free street parking available in the area. However, in case you find it challenging to locate a spot, the closest paid parking lot is located approximately 800 meters away.
