Das Haus ist wirklich modern und ziemlich neu. Man fühlt sich schnell zuhause, alles ist hochwertig und durchdacht. Die Lage ist nicht berauschend (keine schöne Aussicht, keine zentrale Lage oder Strandnähe) aber völlig in Ordnung. Man kommt mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten überall hin und es ist eine (abgesehen von kläffenden Hunden und zeitweise Baulärm) ruhige und angenehme Wohngegend. Was uns allerdings nicht gefallen hat: - Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, was uns bekannt war, aber auch keinen Wäscheständer. Nun ist es ja noch ok, ohne Waschmaschine, man kann auch von Hand waschen, aber wieso trotz Nachfrage kein Wäscheständer organisiert werden kann… im Badeurlaub mit nasser Badekleidung, Handtüchern etc. Unverständlich. - Es gibt auch keinerlei Beschattung, ab 13 Uhr also unmöglich sich länger auf der Terrasse aufzuhalten. - Das Haus ist recht schmucklos, keine Bilder, Pflanzen, Deko, keine Garderobe. Alles etwas unpersönlich. So auch der Kontakt: höflich, professionell, aber eben auch nur per WhatsApp und E-Mail. - Das Wasser läuft öfters bräunlich und übel riechend aus den Leitungen. Keine Ahnung, ob das am Haus oder am Wassernetz der Gegend liegt. - Der Pool ist nicht beheizt (was wir vorher schon wussten) und 2 (neue!) Liegen sind für bis zu 6 Gäste zu wenigInsgesamt also ein durchaus schönes Haus mit sehr viel Potenzial. Wir würden vermutlich wiederkommen, in der Hoffnung, dass bis dahin einige Probleme behoben wurden.
