Please note that the building is located on one of the main avenues of the city, where traffic is exclusively pedestrian.

The neighborhood is a perfect fusion of ancient history and modern life: stepping out of the house, you are just a few steps away from the flowery Garden of Santa Bárbara and the majestic Braga Cathedral (the oldest in Portugal).
