Wonderful summer break

The house was gorgeous, the host extremely responsive. Wonderful quiet neighborhood and just overall amazing. We had a great time at this property. Definitely our favorite house we have stayed at!

Great stay on Palm Island

The home was clean, a relatively short walk to both the beach and Siesta Key Village, and had all the amenities we needed to have a great stay. Diane was an excellent host - quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

hours came with bare bones supplies. furniture needs to be cleaned. lots of notes around with don’t do things it seemed like i was staying in someone’s house not MY vacation rental

Loved this house

This house was amazing, wonderful pool and back yard! The kitchen was huge and very well stocked, plenty of cookware and glasses! It’s a short walk to the beach, but because the beach is so wide, it makes for a long walk with small kids. They do have a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella. Beach access #10 is the closest which is good because it doesn’t have public parking so it’s not as busy! The beach is beautiful, sunsets are spectacular! We had an issue with the refrigerator, I contacted Matthew and he had a repairman out the next day! He also sent over a mini fridge in case they couldn’t fix it! I thought he went above and beyond to rectify the problem. He also continued to check on us! We had dinner at 2 restaurants SKOB, and Spearfish Grill both were excellent and casual enough to bring kids! We bought fresh seafood the rest of the time and cooked out on the grill. My only advice would be to improve the decor in the bedrooms! Wonderful stay, hope to come back soon!

Home away from home

My family of 6 had a wonderful time at the property. This was our first visit to Siesta Key. The home is very well appointed, and in a fantastic location. It felt quiet and peaceful, but was very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and everything you could want to do. The owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. You will not regret staying at this property. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

It's a winner

This house should be a top choice for anyone who wants to visit the Siesta Key area. The house itself is well appointed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. Location enabled us to walk to the Siesta Key Village which in my mind is the place to be if you want to enjoy restaurants, shopping and activities. Several of us walked to downtown while the older group took advantage of free local transportation like the trolly and "Johnny's" that transported us for tips only. Uber is also available. I think the Uber charges from the village to the house were $5.00 plus tips. We were also a short walk to the beach. A wagon was available to transport our (provided) cooler, toys, etc to the beautiful beach. We took advantage of the canal and the paddleboards and had fun in the canal. Pool toys added to the pool activities. If you see the large blowup alligator, that was our donation. Bikes were also available. Matthew was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Overall, the combination of the house, the location, the property management and Siesta Key itself, I cannot imagine a better choice for your family vacation.

Great location and wonderful stay

The house was really clean and equipped with everything needed including paddle boards, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Diana was very helpful and accommodating with all our questions and requests. Would definitely recommend this house for your Siesta Key vacation.

Wonderful

We stayed with another family for spring break. Diana was great, answers any questions you have right away. Everything was just as advertised. We even wanted another bike because there were six of us which she accommodated. We loved paddle boarding in canal and biking to town. Close to everything, you can walk to town easily too. Which we did quite a bit. We mostly like the beach when we go to Florida, but pool and whirlpool were so nice we spent two days there by pool. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome accommodations

Endless space for 2 families. Saw manatees off the deck in back yard canal. Open concept and up to date. Many extras that put the house over the top. Used Frogger transport to get to town. Works well. Beautiful home.
