Welcome to Arduenna Silva, a modern and stylish design house for up to 4 guests, quietly located in the village of Warempage near La Roche-en-Ardenne. This architect-designed home combines contemporary comfort with beautiful views of the surrounding Ardennes landscape. Large windows and high-quality materials create a bright and peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal for families or couples looking to relax in nature.

Inside you will find a cozy living area with a seating corner, TV and a sound system. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all cooking essentials. The house has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with bunk beds. The modern bathroom features a shower and washbasin, and in the hallway, you can enjoy the infrared sauna. The mezzanine offers a playful reading and play area with toys, books and games, as well as a small workspace. Outside, there are two terraces, including a sunny south-facing terrace with a large table, a covered terrace, a children’s playground and atmospheric lighting. A Weltevree barbecue and fire bowl are available for cozy evenings (wood to be provided by guests).

The house is only a few minutes from the centre of La Roche-en-Ardenne, known for its charming restaurants, terraces and the impressive Feodaal Kasteel van La Roche-en-Ardenne overlooking the town. The region is perfect for hiking, cycling and kayaking on the Ourthe river. For spectacular views, the panorama at Le Hérou is highly recommended. Families will also enjoy visiting Parc à Gibier de La Roche-en-Ardenne wildlife park and the forest adventure park Parc Chlorophylle. In short, an ideal base to discover the Ardennes.
