Origins Paros is a long-time dream brought to life, a family home originally built by our grandfather, now thoughtfully restored into three new and modern boutique studios. We wanted to create a place that feels as comfortable as staying in your own home, simple, calm, and thoughtfully prepared. Set in Piso Livadi, next to a free parking lot and just 200 meters from the sea and the area’s most loved seaside tavernas, it’s designed for a stay that feels both effortless and genuinely relaxed.



The Space:

Each studio accommodates up to 2–3 guests and is designed to offer both comfort and simplicity. The space includes a comfortable bed, a modern walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private outdoor area to relax. More than just a place to stay, Origins was created to feel personal and easy , a space where you can settle in, slow down, and experience the island in a more natural way. With clean design, soft tones, and careful attention to detail, the studios reflect a balance between modern comfort and the relaxed, local spirit of Paros. Perfect for couples or small groups, as all three studios are located within the same property.Additional amenities include air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, clothing storage, iron, and a private entrance for full independence. Ideal for short stays or longer holidays, these stylish apartments offer a tranquil base just moments from beaches, local tavernas, and the authentic Cycladic lifestyle of Paros.

Located on the southeastern coast of Paros, the charming seaside village of Piso Livadi is one of the island’s most sought-after destinations for a relaxing yet vibrant holiday. Known for its picturesque fishing harbor, crystal-clear waters, and laid-back Cycladic atmosphere, Piso Livadi offers a perfect blend of authentic Greek charm and modern comfort. The waterfront is lined with traditional tavernas, seafood restaurants, cafés, and beach bars, creating a lively yet refined seaside setting ideal for both daytime relaxation and evening dining. Nearby beaches such as Logaras and Punda Beach provide excellent swimming and sunbathing options, while the cosmopolitan village of Naoussa is just a short drive away for upscale nightlife and boutique shopping. Public transport is reliable, with regular buses connecting Piso Livadi to Parikia, Naoussa, and other key areas of the island. Other Things to Note:

We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government.All guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.



The fee is:



€8 per night for apartments



€15 per night for villas



Please note:



This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.



Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.



Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.



Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.



We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
