On the same floor, you will also find a leisure/work area with a comfortable sofa and a desk, ideal for relaxing or working remotely.
The bathroom is spacious and modern, equipped with a refreshing shower and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, making it perfect for longer stays.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, you will find the main bedroom. This tranquil retreat features a comfortable bed, generous storage space, and a TV for your moments of rest. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort in any season, as well as high-speed WiFi available throughout the property. The kitchen also includes essential appliances such as a microwave, hob, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils for your stay.
Situated on a quiet and picturesque street, this loft allows you to experience the authenticity of the neighborhood while remaining within walking distance of main attractions, cafés, and local shops.

A cozy and well-located apartment in Porto, close to the city center and main attractions. Guests can easily visit Casa da Música, Boavista Avenue, and the Serralves Museum and Gardens, as well as enjoy nearby cafés, restaurants, and shops. With good transport links and easy access to Porto’s historic center, it’s an ideal base for exploring the city’s culture and vibrant atmosphere.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Faria Guimarães (Metro do Porto – Line D), is just a 5–7 minute walk from the property, providing easy access to the city centre and surrounding areas.
The nearest train station, Porto São Bento (CP – urban and regional lines), is approximately a 10–12 minute drive from the property.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is around a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
