The Stone Pine House - Paraggi

Surrounded by the nature of the beautiful bay of Paraggi, between Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, The Stone Pine House is a unique retreat where the sea meets the tranquility of the Mediterranean scrub. Paraggi beach can be reached in about five minutes on foot, making the house perfect for enjoying the sea in total relaxation.
The apartment is located on the second and last floor of a characteristic stone house integrated into the mountain, a position that guarantees privacy, silence and a wonderful view of the bay.
The space
On the entrance floor there is the entrance with a bright living area consisting of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. From here there is direct access to the terrace and the private garden with a view of the sea and the bay of Paraggi.
The terrace is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and shade curtain, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, moments of relaxation in the sun or aperitifs at sunset.
On the entrance floor there is also a bathroom with a shower.
Going down a comfortable internal staircase is the main sleeping area consisting of:
• a double bedroom with a 160×190 bed
• a bedroom with two single beds 85×185
• a double bedroom with a 180x190 bed bathroom with shower
The garden also leads to a third independent bedroom located in a charming wooden house separated from the main house. This space has a 180×190 double bed and a private en suite bathroom, ideal for those who want more privacy.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is suitable for families, couples or groups of friends.
Outdoor spaces
The private garden, on several terraced levels overlooking the bay, is surrounded by olive and pine trees that create an authentic and relaxing atmosphere typical of the Ligurian Riviera.
