Please note: This property is located close to a night club, and some noise may be heard during the evening and night. This accommodation may not be suitable for very light sleepers.

A refundable security deposit of 250.00 is required for all reservations. The deposit will be returned within 10 business days of check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the property to confirm no damage, loss, or violation of house rules has occurred.
