Location agréable avec garage à vélos.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location de plein pied avec un abri très pratique pour nos vélos, et située dans un quartier calme mais sans être trop loin de la plage et de l'intra muros.

Agréable location dans quartier calme

La location se situe à quelques centaines de mètres de la mer et du centre de St Malo dans un quartier calme. Elle est bien équipée et la literie est bonne .

location confortable et fonctionnelle

Lieu de location dans un quartier très calme de Saint Malo. Le plus de la petite véranda donnant sur le jardin.Idéal pour découvrir la ville et les environs ( à pied ou à vélo). Accueil cordial et discret du propriétaire. Nous avons bien apprécié nos trois jours de petite évasion bretonne.

Appartement correspondant parfaitement à l annonce. Propre et très bien équipé. Loueur sympathique, discret Et disponible à la fois. Parfait pour découvrir saint Malo . Je recommande.

ADRESSE A RETENIR

Grand Studio avec chambre indépendante et véranda bien équipée pour les journées plus maussades. A l'écart du bruit, la grande plage de Saint-Malo accessible à pied. Un hôte très prévenant, toujours à l'écoute de vos besoins et veillant toujours à votre confort. JE RECOMMANDE

Nette Wohnung in ruhigen Gegend

Sehr netter Vermieter. Es gibt Abstellplatz für Fahrräder. Man kann den Garten nutzen. Wir fanden die Veranda sehr schön. Haben dort immer gefrühstückt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist in sehr ruhigen Gegend.

Très belle maison

Une maison neuve et moderne. Complète et confortable. 2 Tv !! Un parking privé juste derrière la maison. Un hôte à disposition +++ donnant même des conseils pour agrémenter la route (en voiture) pourtant au départ de chez lui...Toutes commodités !! A recommander !!!!

Compleet appartement maar kleine lettertjes vervelend: extra kosten voor matig beddengoed en handdoeken en zelf schoonmaken. Daardoor algehele hygiëne voldoende maar niet goed.

Très bien

Très belle maison, très propre et fonctionnelle, cuisine design, chambre spacieuse, véranda très lumineuse. Le moins : le jardin commun avec les propriétaires qui heureusement sont très sympas. St Malo intamuros à 3/4 h à pieds et Le Mont St Michel à 40 minutes en voiture, à ne pas rater. Tres bon séjour ! Je recommande.

Emplacement très bien pour visiter St Malo et les environs . quartier très calme et stationnement sécurisé sur la propriété . appartement conforme au descriptif de l'annonce , propre et très bien équipé . très bonne literie et la véranda qui sert de salon est très agréable . enfin il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour . le propriétaire est très aimable , attentionné et toujours prêt à vous renseigner sur la région . nous recommandons vivement cette location très agréable ( nous reviendrons ) Daniel.C

Die Wohnung ist wie im Internet beschrieben.

Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 2 km vom Strand entfernt. Sie war sauber. Alles war vorhanden, genau wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar, dabei aber sehr diskret. Die Strände sind sauber, weitläufig und nicht überfüllt.Die Stadt Saint Malo ist sehenswert. Auch Ausflüge in der Umgebung sind lohnenswert und interessant. Ein Besuch in der Bretagne ist emphehlenswert. Der Vermieter ist für Tipp's immer ansprechbar gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden bei erneutem Urlaub in dieser Gegend gerne wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

Excellentes prestation - Bon accueil - Lieu unique - 2N3J samdimlun, 1couple &1adulte

3 heureux pour ce séjour, nous remercions notre hôte pour sa réactivité et l'attention qu'il a porté à la préparation et au bon déroulement de notre séjour les 2-3-4 décembre 2017. Le logement est superbe, suffisamment grand pour 3 voire 4 si 1 couple 1enfant 1 bébé. Maisonnette de plain-pied avec véranda et jardinet, isolé du bruit et de la circulation mais proche du centre ville, et des commerces et bien desservi par les bus (2 arrêts aux coin du petit quartier). Avec les conseils de notre hôte, nous avons pu sortir facilement un dimanche soir de décembre (bus+taxi). Très bien équipé de la cuisine à la salle de bain avec des rangements pour les longs séjours, le nécessaire de ménage complet et des vélos mis à disposition. 1 lit double 1 lit pliant 1psn 1 lit parapluie. Wifi + 2 TV + DVD mais n'hésitez pas à profiter du bon air marin et de la véranda le soir ! Je le recommande vivement quoique j'espère avoir le plaisir d'y retourner encore ... et encore ^_^

Parfait !

Accueil chaleureux ! Les photos retranscrivent bien l'ambiance des lieux, détente et tout confort. Nous avons passé des magnifiques vacances avec notre bébé de 6 mois pour qui tout était prêt. Il y a tellement de chose à faire à moins de 30 km !

L'appartement était propre.

La cuisine est bien équipée.Le lit est confortable. Le séjour bien équipé. Tous les appareils fonctionnent très bien et en excellente condition. L'emplacement de la propriété est excellente et près de toutes les commodités dont un voyageur peut avoir besoin. Le popriétaire nous a bien accueilli et nous a donnê beaucoup de renseignements pour nous aider lors du séjour.Endroit très calme.
