I am requesting a refund about my stay 4 nights I had to stay in my car because the key card would not function and the machine was always down. Very poor management front desk was closed the entire day and the clerk would be smoking illegal substances outside. The room was completely dirty and infested with roaches I did not like my stay at all I would appreciate a refund.

It was disgusting. We were locked out of our room because our key did not work after already replacing them. Drove 4 hours home at 1 am because we could not get in our room. Thankfully we did not bring anything down yet
