Nightmare experience!!We booked the stay in advance of starting our travel. Along the way, we made sure to reach out to make contact and say that we were on our way.After more than four hours of driving, we arrived only to find out that there was no available room in the entire property.There was an event happening in Charlotte, so there were no other rooms in the city.We had to drive back four hours that night!

Vorteile: *Tolles Personal, super freundlich *Das Zimmer war sehr sauber *Moderne Möbel und einzigartige Kunstwerke verliehen dem Zimmer Charme *Das Bett in meinem Zimmer war unglaublich bequem, fast wie eine Matratze mit Komfortauflage Die Küche war ausgezeichnet und bestens ausgestattet mit Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Töpfen/Besteck *Schöner Pool *Gute Wäschemöglichkeiten *Kostenloser Zugang zu einem Fitnessstudio in der Stadt Nachteile/Erfahrung: *Einige laute Gäste und Hunde, die den ganzen Tag allein in den Zimmern bellten (das Hotel hat sich sehr bemüht, das Problem zu lösen) *Das Frühstücksangebot war begrenzt, es gab nur Muffins, Müsliriegel, Obst und Kaffee *Die Flure rochen unangenehm, aber mein Zimmer roch immer frisch Fazit: Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem schön renovierten Zimmer und kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Ihr Service ist erstklassig, die Zimmer sind fantastisch und alles ist absolut makellos sauber. Dies ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Übernachten!

Mein Zimmer lag günstig in der Nähe eines Ausgangs, und ich nutzte die Waschmöglichkeiten zur Selbstbedienung ausgiebig. Insgesamt hatte ich eine tolle Zeit und war mit dem Reinigungsservice sehr zufrieden.

Ein fantastisches Hotel! Ich war schon oft hier und hatte nie Probleme. Die Zimmer sind sauber, mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem Sofa ausgestattet. Frühstück und WLAN sind inklusive. Das Personal ist super freundlich, und ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen! :) Schade nur, dass der Pool nicht mehr geöffnet ist, aber das ist nicht so schlimm.

Das Gebäude mag von außen etwas altmodisch wirken, aber man ist ja nicht hier, um das Äußere seines Zimmers zu bewundern. Das Zimmer hatte einige moderne Akzente, obwohl manche Aspekte etwas veraltet wirkten. Es war definitiv komfortabel und makellos sauber. Mein einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war das Fehlen eines Föhns.
