SeaviewHeaven2 is an entire home in the Souda area of Chania in Crete designed for up to seven guests. Inside, a bright living and dining area forms the heart of the house, with a comfortable seating corner, a TV and Wi-Fi for slow evenings after days out. An adjacent kitchen is set up for easy home cooking, and a washing machine helps with longer stays. Three bedrooms provide one king bed and two double beds, and two bathrooms serve the home, giving every guest a proper bed and enough space to get ready.
Outside, the property sits within a residential area where you can come and go by car without stress thanks to free parking on the premises, a feature that is rare in the neighbourhood. Arrivals and departures are simple, and you have a solid base to explore the city and the rest of the island by road.
From the neighbourhood, the historic old town, harbourfront and local tavernas are within a short drive, and the wider west of the island with its beaches and villages is also easy to reach for day trips.
With its sociable layout, practical amenities, entire-home privacy and professional management, this stylish stay works well for group travel, whether that means a small family, two couples sharing or friends who want an easy base near the city.
Guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the amenities are included in the rental cost.

The house is located in the Souda area of Chania, close to the main port and about 10–12 minutes’ drive (around 6 km) from Chania’s old town and Venetian harbor. The neighborhood is mostly residential, with family homes and small buildings on streets above the bay. Guests can enjoy a calmer base than the city center while still reaching Chania’s historical sights, waterfront, and dining areas in a short drive.
Souda itself offers everyday services such as supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and small shops within a few minutes’ drive. There are local tavernas and cafés in Souda and along the road towards Chania for simple meals and coffee breaks. The location also gives easy access to Souda Bay and nearby beaches, as well as the archaeological site of ancient Aptera and its fortress, which can be reached by car for short excursions. Road access from the area connects quickly to the national road for day trips along the north coast of Crete.
Parking: The house offers driveway parking for your convenience.
Car Rental: Renting a car is highly recommended to explore the area and nearby attractions. Please ask us first, and we’ll provide you with the best price on the market.
Closest Beach: Souda Beach on Souda Bay is approximately 5–7 minutes’ drive (about 3–4 km) from the house.
Supermarkets and Shops: Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and other shops in Souda are usually 3–6 minutes’ drive away (around 2–3 km), with a wider range of stores in Chania about 10–12 minutes’ drive away.
Public Transport: Public transportation options are limited in this area, so a car is the best way to get around.
Closest Airport: Chania International Airport (Ioannis Daskalogiannis) is about 15–20 minutes’ drive (approximately 12–15 km) from the house.
