A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom south facing townhouse situated in Los Palmitos, Mojacar Playa … a five minute walk to the beach.
Upon arrival of the property, you are greeted with a spacious front terrace area, that can also be used for private parking. Entering the property, you step into the open plan living room dining, which then continues to a bathroom complete with walk in shower and then further along you reach the kitchen which has a dishwasher and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Through the kitchen you can then access the outside area, located at the back of the property.
Upstairs, you have a newly tiled bathroom with full size bath and two bedrooms, one of which is double and the other has two single beds. From the second bedroom, there is a stairwell that leads you to the large sun roof terrace, complete with panoramic views.
There is UK TV and Wifi.
Across from the property, there is a gated, well maintained urbanisation with a communal swimming pool, which you have access to.
