Our families were here for a conference and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house! It was big with lots to entertain our children in between services/meetings. The host was amazing and accessible if we needed anything!

This is the perfect ‘home’ for a family! We had 12 people from ages 10 to 66. Everyone had a private space when they needed it and a group space for getting together Between the pool and the pool table everyone had a ball! Clean house and spacious.Be sure that you have an idea of the pool temp to decide if you want the heater (high temp low temp for the day then divide by 2. )The house didn’t have a stockpile of stale, outdated condiments so bring what you need.There are 2 towels in each bathroom with some additional ones in the downstairs closet.I would go back to this house in a heartbeat!! Michelle stayed in touch with us and the information she provided was clear and helpful!

We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for our group of 7. The host was quick to respond and solve our issue that we had on check in. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Would definitely book the property again.

Our visit was in January and we would have appreciated a heated pool. Some family members did not like the quality of the toilet paper. The home suited our needs for a few days. Nice neighborhood, even though the listing had a different address.

Perfect space

This property worked out perfectly for our vacation, everyone had their own space to decompress after long days at the parks, comfortable beds and very clean. It is a bit dated but that didn’t bother us at all for the price we paid. I would stay here again, hot tub was perfect to relax in after the parks!!

The house was perfect for the group we had. We had a problem with the crib that was there for the baby but Michelle had a brand new one sent over the next morning. She was was very kind and willing to help with any problems we had.

Everything was nice. Pool and hot tub perfect. Loved the pool lighting. Rooms were neat and well decorated. Would recommend leaving a written list of things that need to be done in the kitchen area for easy access for those of us that do not check our emails or decide to leave before scheduled time as I didn’t see the emailed list until I had already left.

Perfect place to stay

We made a trip to Orlando with friends and family for a week. This place hit all the needs. 6 rooms, all with their own bathrooms, a heated pool and hot tub, put put corse at club house, and easy parking. Our host was THE BEST, she answered our daily annoying questions and went out of her way to understand our families needs. When we visit Orlando again we will for sure be staying here.

Nice villa but a little tired

Nice pool, the villa had lots of space. The area is well maintained, grass cut, trees pruned etc. The villa is nice but could do with a makeover.

Great place

Property was clean and as described. Owner had great communication and detailed instructions for us. Check in was a little complex but not terrible. Nice neighborhood. Some of the guards at the guard shack are not very friendly. Thank you for a nice place to relax after a day at the parks.

Perfect get away

Our stay was great and the maintenance staff and management were fantastic to deal with. The only feedback given was the fridge needs to be replaced/ fixed as it was not cold enough. Other than that trip and home was perfect for our needs we will stay again! We plan to book next year. Neighbours are fantastic people!

Perfect!

Very spacious, conveniently located, nice & quiet subdivision. Club house was excellent, it has a heated pool, hot tub, mini golf, playground for kids, tiki bar for the adults & a small snack shop-plus complimentary coffee. The layout of the house was really nice, plenty of things to do. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with supplies, water pressure in the showers was great! TVs in all but one of the bedrooms, all were set up for streaming. WiFi was good too! We go to the area just about every year and THIS house is definitely one that we will return to!

Disney Family Vacation 2024

Check in was a breeze. Michelle was so helpful and EASY to work with. House was approximately 20-25 Minutes to Disney Properties in traffic. And approximately 35-40 Minutes from Universal Properties in traffic. And let’s face it, there’s always traffic in Orlando area! My Children and Grandchildren loved staying in the Park ALL DAY and then coming home to Nene preparing Dinner on the Grill while they were in the Pool. Will most definitely be staying in Solana Circle AGAIN! Thanks for the Wonderful Memories!

Clean & Spacious

House was easy to locate and exactly where described. We loved the pool, but the hot tub would not always heat well - it varied from day to day. :) Yes, as someone else noted, the house could definitely use some updates - especially the appliances, but they all worked well. I did think the note on the thermostat was a bit odd because it told you that they didn't want it below a certain temperature, and it needed to be below that in order to sleep at night. The upstairs got VERY stuffy at night, so a few more fans would be nice to keep air circulating. Lovely stay!

Great experience

The house is roomy, clean, and in a nice gated community. My family stayed for a week and we stayed safe, comfortable, and everyone enjoyed the home and pool. We opted for the extra charge to have the hot tub heated, and it was well worth the money at the end of some long days at Disney and the Florida Hospital. I’ve stayed in many rentals through VRBO over the last 15 years and they’ve all had good and bad points. This rental’s good points far outweigh the bad, and the minor “bad” isn't even worth mentioning because most of it is merely personal preferences and wants, not issues with the home. Michelle was an awesome manager and was extremely responsive with answers to our questions. I would highly recommend this rental and would stay there again myself.

Room for Everyone!

This home has 3!!! King size Beds 2!! Oueens and a 1 room has 2 Twins, 5 1/2 Bathrooms!! The neighborhood is gated and quiet. This home is close to Disney but a little further out for Universal and the airport. The location is incorrect on VRBO so check with the rental management for exact location.The rental manager is easy to communicate with and very helpful. The beds are firm which was fine with us the furniture is a little worn and the walls could use a touch up but that just proves how popular this rental home is!! The pool is very clean and the showers had great pressure with plenty of hot water!! We were all very happy with the home and would recommend it to anyone needing a large home, we had 9 of us staying here!
