Was not able to check in. No power in building, not attendant, no notes. Had to sleep in my car 1st night. Tried 3 consecutive days to get answers. Found an attendant on 3rd day and was told there was a fire and to come back in few days. Left stranded

Was not able to check in. Has to sleep in my car first night. Checked back 3 days in a row. 3rd day found someone on the property. They had a fire 2nd floor and never contacted me and no notice on doors , no number to call for help. Was not able to contact a manger to refund money. I booked for 3 weeks and still trying to get my $2000 dollars back. Horrible experience

I booked a non-smoking room but when I arrived after a long day of driving, I was told they only had smoking rooms available. Yet I was already charged for the room and now almost a week later I am still trying to get my refund. I ended up having to book a hotel for 3x the price. NOT happy!
