Die gebuchte Junior Suite war ein Zweibettzimmer. Wir waren aber vier Personen und davon eine Person mit Rollstuhl. Das uns angebotene Zimmer als ausweich konnten wir nicht erreichen da der Fahrstuhl defekt war. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption lässt viel zu wünschen übrig.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und weiträumiger Anlage. Allerdings ist man gezwungen auswärts zu frühstücken und Abendessen, da derzeit die Küche gesperrt wurde. Ein italienisches Restaurant in der Nähe ist hier eingesprungen, einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Der in Bildern versprochene Badesteg ist allerdings zusammengebrochen und nicht benutzbar.

Das Hotel ist eine große Anlage, die aus mehreren Gebäuden besteht. Wir waren im Haupthaus untergebracht. Das Haus hat Charme ist aber leider in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade die Zimmereinrichtung wirkt etwas abgelebt und würde eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch muss man beim Buffet schon gut zu Fuß sein, um sein Essen zusammenzustellen. Sehr gut hat uns der Außenpool gefallen. Was aber auf keinen Fall passieren darf: Die Tür, die vom Außenpool nach innen führt, ließ sich plötzlich nicht mehr öffnen und wir mussten in unseren nassen Badesachen warten, bis jemand von innen öffnete. Leider gab es auch keine andere offene Tür nach drinnen. Es hat kürzlich ein Betreiberwechsel stattgefunden und so muss sich sicherlich noch einiges einspielen.

Es tut mir leid, dass ihr so viele Probleme hatten an diesem Donnerstag zum Freitag: keine Klimaanlage. Kein WLAN, kein Paddelboot Verleih mehr, keine Pflege der Außenanlagen, die man sieht, Kinderclub für verschlossen, kein frischer Sand, der Kinderspielplatz. Sieht aus, als ob er zehn Jahre gar nicht gepflegt wurde. Ehrlich gesagt, ich bin entsetzt und komme im August wieder und denke, wenn da nicht Sicht verändert, werden wir das letzte Mal da gewesen sein, wir kommen seit 20 Jahren.

Zimmer war auch 1 Stunde nach Check-in Zeit nicht verfügbar. Dann wollten wir die Wartezeit im Kids Club überbrücken. Dafür wurden wir ins Spa geschickt um dort den Schlüssel abzuholen. Dort sagte man uns, dass der Kids Club geschlossen ist und renoviert wird. Danach haben wir storniert und sind in ein anderes Hotel. Jetzt warten wir auf die Rückerstattung. Früher habe ich oft Gruppen für Workshops und Trainings in das Hotel gebracht. Das hat sich hiermit auch erledigt. Schade. War mal ein gutes Hotel

Hat alles sehr stark nachgelassen. Wir sind seit Jahren Gäste des Hauses, aber dies war wohl unser letzter Besuch. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und alle sind sehr freundlich aber man merkt, dass die Führung des Hotels gewechselt hat und hier alles vernachlässigt wenn nicht sogar der Begriff verwahrlost besser passt. Wirklich sehr sehr schade für so eine tolle Anlage wie diese.
