Als mein Mann und ich das Hotel betraten, waren wir angenehm überrascht und sehr angetan! Wir hatten vor einiger Zeit in einer anderen Stadt in einem Extended Stay übernachtet und waren, gelinde gesagt, alles andere als zufrieden. Das hat uns einen schlechten Eindruck von allen Extended Stays vermittelt. DIESES EXTENSY STAY IST EINFACH HERVORRAGEND! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt gut. Meine Mutter hatte Schwierigkeiten, die Zimmertür zu öffnen, bis ein Mitarbeiter kam und ihr zeigte, wie es geht, da sie die Zimmerkarte im Schloss gelassen hatte, anstatt sie hinein- und herauszuschieben. Die Wartezeit war mit 45 Minuten ziemlich lang. Aber insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt, da wir zu Hause zu der Zeit keinen Strom hatten.

Dank seiner Unterstützung und seiner kompetenten Assistentin Naomi konnte ich eine schwierige Situation meistern. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft unglaublich günstig. Ich empfehle diese Einrichtung uneingeschränkt.

Unser Aufenthalt dort war großartig, wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Personal war durchweg phänomenal, höflich und zuvorkommend – einfach eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren blitzsauber (5 Sterne) und das Gebäude ebenfalls (5 Sterne). Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch.
