Bulldog House is located in the attractive holiday home area near Udsholt Strand on the coast of North Zealand—also known as the Danish Riviera. The area is famous for its long beaches, charming seaside towns, and laid-back atmosphere. At the same time, Copenhagen is only about 60–70 km away (about a 1-hour drive), making it easy to combine a nature holiday with big-city experiences.

The beach at Udsholt is wide and child-friendly with shallow water, making it ideal for swimming, playing, and long walks. Many guests highlight the beautiful sunsets over the Kattegat as something truly special—a perfect way to end a relaxing day on holiday.

The area offers exceptional natural beauty. The protected area of Heatherhill is known for its open heather-covered hills and stunning views, while Tisvilde Hegn and Gribskov provide excellent opportunities for hiking and biking in peaceful surroundings.

Along the coast, you’ll find charming coastal towns like Gilleleje and Tisvildeleje with their harbour atmospheres, cafés, and restaurants. In the summer, the area is known for its many flea markets and local markets, where you can find great bargains and experience the authentic holiday atmosphere.

There are also opportunities for exciting day trips. Visit Frederiksborg Castle, Kronborg Castle, or the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art—all within a short drive.

Bulldog House itself is designed with a focus on cosiness and comfort. A linens package is included in the rent (bed linens, towels, tea towels, and dishcloths), so you can arrive and feel right at home. Inside, the wood-burning stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, and there are several cosy nooks for relaxing. High-speed internet is available if you want to work or stream.

Outside, a private wellness experience awaits, featuring a sauna, cold-water tub, and outdoor shower—perfect year-round. The garden is large and inviting, with a sunny terrace, a fire pit, and a trampoline, making it ideal for both relaxation and play.

From April through October, you can rent tandem bikes and explore the area at a leisurely pace.
