The leisure area is vast, including an outdoor pool for refreshing dips, a tennis court for sports enthusiasts, a fitness area to keep in shape and a spa for moments of pure relaxation. For entertainment, guests can enjoy the games room.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to essential utensils, the kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer to help with everyday life. There is also an adjoining utility room with a washing machine for your total convenience.

Access to the large terrace is conveniently located next to the living room. This outdoor space is equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for gathering the group outside, and also perfect for enjoying meals in daylight or under the stars, making the most of the serene garden surroundings.

The five bedrooms are harmoniously decorated and spacious, equipped with wardrobes for your belongings. Three of the bedrooms offer inviting double beds. One bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The last bedroom is ideal for accommodating more guests, featuring two bunk beds and two additional single beds, comfortably welcoming everyone.

The six bathrooms are fully equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

As well as being a natural sanctuary, this address is a fabulous strategic base for exploring cities of great historical and tourist richness. It is very close to Baião and the charming city of Amarante, famous for its iconic bridge over the Tâmega River, its convent sweets and vibrant historic centre. Following the river, you will quickly reach Mesão Frio and Peso da Régua, the true gateways to the Douro Wine Region (UNESCO World Heritage Site), where you can visit centuries-old estates, take river cruises and taste some of the finest wines in the world.

The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport in Porto, approximately 60 to 75 minutes by car via the A4 and A11 motorways.

Given the rural location and nature of the property, having your own vehicle is highly recommended to explore the region with total freedom.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.
