Welcome to a fresh and cozy cottage in Gesunda, located only about 200 meters from Lake Siljan. The cottage was built in 2016 and offers modern and comfortable accommodation with an open plan that creates space and light between the kitchen, living room and dining area. In the living room there is a practical sofa bed that easily converts into a spacious 160 cm wide bed for a good night's sleep. By the kitchen area there is a patio door that leads out to the yard. On the entrance side there is also a patio where you can enjoy quiet mornings or nice summer evenings. If the evening is chilly, light a fire in the stove. The cottage has two bedrooms - one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed where the lower bed is 120 cm wide. The fully tiled bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower. Here there are excellent opportunities for an active holiday. A trip up Gesunda mountain via Buudrundan is a challenging and popular hike of approximately 6.7 km, with fantastic views of Lake Siljan as a reward. For those who want to discover more, there are also other trails in the area, such as Skogsstigen, Toppstigen and several shorter walking trails that are suitable for the whole family. For swimming and relaxation, Siljan is just a stone's throw away, with several nice swimming spots to choose from. Also take the opportunity to explore the charming local area with its nature and culture. As a guest, you are responsible for final cleaning upon departure and for bringing your own sheets and towels. Welcome!
