Is close to everything just walking distance to the beach , supermarkets, restaurants, bars , clubs , taxis in town

Bike, taxi ,car but walking is the best way everything is close by

Is a document of rules of the condominium that have to be signed.
I keep things in the refrigerator for my used when it is just for a few days , I will leave some space for your things .
