Outside, there is a courtyard with furniture and an enclosed patio with a hot tub, alongside ample designated off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. A shop is 4.6 miles away and a river is 0.6 miles away. All of this makes Courtyard View a superb choice for a relaxing stay in the Derbyshire Dales.Please note: Courtyard View is located within a working arable farm.The property itself is fully gated and accessed via a private, tarmac driveway, with the approach extending approximately half a mile from the main road.
