Brookway Lodge is a single-storey home with eight bedrooms, three of which have en-suites, made up of zip/links and family room for flexibility. There is also a bathroom and a wet room. The living areas include a kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug, games room, breakfast room, media room, indoor heated pool room and steam room. Appliances include an electric Range cooker with oven and hobs, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x dishwashers, wine cooler. For entertainment there are eight TVs with Sky Multiroom, Apple TV and Netflix, DVD, BOSE dock system with AirPlay and surround sound speakers, PlayStation 3 with games, and WiFi. A travel cot and highchair also available. Outside there is off-road parking with a detached garage, a private, enclosed garden with barbecue, electric sun awnings, patio heaters, activity centre, trampoline and six-seater Jacuzzi hot tub with waterfall function, waterproof iPod dock and Bluetooth sound system. The Neighborhood:

Caerwys was granted a Royal Charter in 1290 and is one of the smallest towns in Great Britain. Standing in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between the northern edge of the Clwydian Hill Range and the miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales Coast, this vibrant town boasts two pubs, a couple of shops, Post Office, butcher, pharmacy, bowling green and tennis courts. Nearby are the historic market towns of Mold, Denbigh and Ruthin with excellent shops and craft centres, including the Afonwen Craft Centre on the outskirts of the town. Just a short drive away is Prestatyn, whose Blue Flag beach provides miles of golden sand, ideal for bathing, watersports and fishing.
