The Farmhouse is a beautiful 200-year-old property, wonderfully restored and decorated resting in the town of Burgh Le Marsh in Lincolnshire. Hosting five bedrooms including a second-floor family room with two singles and a king-size, two doubles and a double with an en-suite shower room, and a further double with an en-suite bathroom, along with a second-floor bathroom, and a first-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to twelve guests. There is a also a kitchen/diner, a utility, a cloakroom, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug area with an open fire and an orangery. To the outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with seating and an outhouse holding a hot tub. There is plenty of parking up the private driveway for several cars. The Farmhouse makes for a fabulous location to enjoy a wonderful family holiday in the north east. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - not to be left unattended and a charge of £30 per dog payable in cash upon arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Burgh Le Marsh is market town west of the coastal resort of Skegness, and just below the delightful Lincolnshire Wolds AONB. Within the town you can find a several shops and pubs so everything you need is right before you, and as the town is within easy reach of the coast there are beach days and boat trips to be had in the delightful Skegness, where there is a Seal Sanctuary, a Pleasure Fairground and a pier.
