About this property

Change of scenery and tranquility in this comfortable traditional house, located in the heart of the picturesque village of Chorio and fully restored.

You will find in the immediate vicinity of the house, a grocery store, a baker, a butcher as well as many shaded taverns.

The nearest beach is 1.2 km from the house and is served by small buses, like all places on the island. It will be easy for you to access the other beaches by shuttle boats. Bike, scooter or car rental possible on Symi.

The House is built around a courtyard serving a very well equipped American kitchen and a comfortable living room. You can also take your meals in the courtyard in the shade of the orange tree and the arbor.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers and WCs, spread over three levels and served by nice traditional stairs (note that they are steep!).
Two bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm double beds and the third with two 90 cm beds (additional sleeping possible in this room).

The house is fully air conditioned except for the naturally cooler bedroom and downstairs bathroom.

At cooler hours, you can also enjoy the terraces and their views of the Pedi and Yalos bays.

Beautiful villa in symi

A lovely home in symi ,we had everything you could need for a very comfortable stay , although it was at the top of the steps from symi ,it was amazing views from the top terrace and had everything close by , restaurants and supermarket.Highly recommended.

Very stylish and pretty house in Chorio Symi

Beautiful house that has been very stylishly and thoughtfully presented. It was very well equipped and beautifully clean and roomy. In a great position with two fabulous terraces with great views over to Symi harbour and Pedi . Very much recommend this place for its position to the village and to local transport. Thank you for letting us share this unique home.

Excellent place with excellent service

This is a beautiful Symi house in the middle of Kalistrata. Well stocked kitchen with beautiful courtyard, excellent wifi connection, close to the restaurants, grocery store of Horio (upper village), close to the bus top that goes to Pedi, very quiet place, well air conditioned, very elegant interior decoration. In addition, the service of Nikos Papadopoulos is outstanding, a smiling nice person responding to any possible question you may have. This is the second time we stayed in the place because we LOVED every moment of being there. Symi is fantastic destination.

Fabulous house

This house is tastefully furnished , comfortable and very well equipped. The roof terraces are gorgeous.The photos don’t do it full justice -we loved it . The owner was very helpful with answers to any questions prior to booking and then before arrival . There are local shops and restaurants very close by and then a 15 minutes walk takes you to the harbour . We walked back up -lots of steps but there is an hourly bus . Not a house or location for anyone slightly unsteady on stairs !

We could not have asked for better

This was our ideal property. Comfortable bedrooms, great outside space with 3 terraces and a well equipped kitchen. The house is extremely comfortable and well thought out. Hopefully, we will be booking it again!

Beautiful property 5*****

This house is absolutely stunning, we stayed for 5 nights and chose this property based on it's location to amenities, views and previous reviews. We were not disappointed, this property far exceeded expectations (the photos do not do it justice) everything about this lovely house is perfection, the way it's been styled, the fully equipped kitchen with an extensive larder. The views from the roof terraces take your breath away. The pretty courtyard is ideal for eating. All three bedrooms are comfortable and quiet and the bathrooms stunning. A few minutes walk from the supermarket and a couple of great restaurants a couple of minutes further brings you to 2 bars at the top of the steps which lead down to the port (this walk is about 15 minutes). It was also possible to walk to Pedi beach to take a water taxi to another beach. If you're thinking of booking this property, don't hesitate, it's wonderful. Thank you to Barbara for the communication and to Christos for meeting us at the port and collecting us at the end of our stay. We will definitely return.

An unforgettable location

Everything was excellent. The house is so graceful and fashionable. Ideal for a group of friends, the kitchen is fully equipped for italian standard too. We visited a lot of Greek Islands, but this was the most beatiful house we have stayed. Nikolas , a nice greek boy, organize a reliable and punctual. transfer.

Wonderful Stay in Horio - upper Symi

Thank you Barbara for your absolutely wonderful house on Symi Island - very quiet, comfortable and beautifully kept. House away from the main tourist busy area and yet close enough to walk anywhere for grocery, bus and harbour . Communication was friendly, helpful and always prompt with the housekeeper and the gentleman who welcomed us on our arrival . I would have no hesitation to recommend this house on this beautiful island .

Heavenly

Our family spent two memorable weeks on Symi. The house is spectacular with everything you need right at your finger tips. Store in Chorio is just steps away and there are a number of restaurants close by. Quiet in the evenings so you can just relax. Owner is helpful, kind and responsive. We can't wait to go back.
