The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin that both have an en-suite bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed side garden with decking, furniture, a barbecue, a large shared side lawn area with swing, basketball hoop, and furniture, plus private driveway parking for two cars. Sorry, this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and pub. Swallow Burn is a lovely cottage to explore Suffolk. Note: The indoor swimming pool is available to guests by individual arrangement at an extra cost. Note: Ramp access up to property. Note: Support rail in bath, shower, and by WC in en-suite twin room.
