A wonderful villa that is relaxed, light, spacious and airy, perched overlooking 1st and 2nd beaches in Clifton.

The villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms, a spacious outside deck for inside/outside entertaining and is complimented with a jacuzzi (ocean facing) and a large 13 metre lap-pool (not ocean facing) to cool off the day.

The villa is located in a quiet location away, set back from the hustle and bustle of Clifton and is ideal for a family getaway, all within 5 minute walk of 1st and 2nd beaches in Clifton. The villa is beautifully decorated with contemporary furnishings and inspired local art, which gives it a sophisticated, yet relaxed and homely feel.

The outdoor deck is spacious with commanding views across the Atlantic Ocean, with Lion's Head as a backdrop behind you, the deck has a 10 seater outdoor table and comfy chairs for spending the day entertaining, whilst dipping in and out of the jacuzzi that also faces the ocean.

Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms, spaciously appointed, each with its own character and artworks.

The back garden has a fantastic 13 metre pool for those looking to cool off after a day at the beach, set in a quiet garden with loungers and a good book from our extensive library.

What makes this property unique

Our neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful with a wonderful sense of community. The villa is set back from the road so has commanding views and is very quiet and relaxing. The area is also protected from the prominent South Easter that tends to blow in Summer, so you'll be sheltered with zero wind.
