The living areas in this barn conversion consist of a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, washing machine and coffee machine and a living/dining room with seating for two and a Smart TV with Netflix. There is one king-size bedroom serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is off-road parking available and a patio with furniture. Within 4.1 miles there is a shop and 1.5 miles a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, travel cot, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a romantic getaway in the countryside at The Hayloft at Warren House. Note: This property is set on the owner's ground and they live on these grounds.Please note: This property can only accept bookings which end on a Friday. During Christmas period, this property only accepts bookings that start on Friday.



The Neighborhood:

A short distance from Lincoln itself, Wragby is a tiny town encircled by the Lincolnshire countryside. Two 19th-century manor ruins, the All Saints church (19th-century, Grade II listed), and a tall tower mill (1831, built by millwright Ingledew) are all present. With three welcoming neighbourhood pubs, a fish market, a café, and a restaurant, Wragby has a lot to offer. Horncastle and the seaside town of Skegness are also accessible by regular bus service.
