La struttura di nuova costruzione è dotata di tutti i servizi indispensabili e risulta essere molto funzionale. La veranda esterna è ampia ed organizzata, ci si puo' sciacquare al rientro dal mare o anche lavarsi direttamente, perche' dotata di doccia. Fano da contorno un bel barbecue e diverse sedute come dondoli, oltre che un bel tavolo grande di legno con sedie. Anche l'interno della casa è ottimizzato bene, le 3 camere al piano interrato con balconcino, sono molto fresche se restano chiuse nelle ore diurne. Il piano superiore è molto spazioso ed accessoriato di utensili per la cucina. Al mare ci si va a piedi (250 mt). Consigliabilissima.
