Located at Sailport Waterfront Resort. This one bedroom with queen size sofa bed is good for business travelers, couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We take all of your needs into consideration. The condo is fully equipped and ready for you to come in and enjoy your stay! You have access the entire condo. We are here for you as little or as much as you’d like! The condo community is very safe and has 24 hour security. Enjoy the geo-thermal pool, which is kept at a nice 84 degrees all year long. You can also enjoy some yummy food or cocktails at our poolside bar and grill: Big Bamboo Bayside. Make sure you don`t miss the amazing sunsets then cozy up by the fire pit and tiki torches after the sun goes down
The sunsets here are absolutely amazing. Make sure to bring your camera and be prepared to relax by the fire pit and make some friends. I highly recommend a vehicle unless you want to completely unwind. .

Great Condo and Property!

I would definitely recommend this condo. We had everything we needed - nice water view from the balcony, restaurant by the pool, private little sandy area complete with a fire pit and tiki torches. Great place to watch the amazing sunset!! We cant wait to go back.

Good location, right off main interstates. Close to airport. Free parking. The unit was clean and matched up to pictures online. One issue reported directly to the owner (screen torn). As for the property, I stayed during mid-week so it was relatively quiet.

Communication with property manager was great. The listing says there is a washer and dryer but its not. The property is in a great location the only problem is there is a roach infestation. We killed soo many roaches while there and there were even baby roaches.

Short Term/LongTerm

This property is good for short 2-4 day stays and if you eat out a lot. We booked for two weeks and like to make our own meals. Only one fry pan, can opener didn't work, no dishes to store leftovers in, bowls were dessert style bowls only. I've stayed in a lot of condos and there was at least foil or saran wrap or baggies for your use. We made do with what they had to offer. The bed was very soft so not to our liking. The balcony was great and enjoyed the time there and outside at the tiki huts. Your balcony wicker table needs to be updated to a flat surface as it wasn't condusive to putting your drinks on. Had a problem getting in and Christine was unavailable so I dealt with the property manager's husband most of the time while there. He did bring us a keurig coffee maker the first night as I was told there was one but it wasn't there so kudos to him for doing that.

Condo is as advertised, clean, and nicely appointed. Have stayed in another unit managed by the hotel and this is nicer. Owner communicated well and the check in process was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice but noisy at times

The condo itself was very nice. Could use a new shower head and bar height stools on the balcony for a better view. Beach small so not very private. People close together some of whom think it's ok to blast their music or carry on a loud conversation. So not very peaceful. Same at the pool. Sometimes when you went outside smelled like marijuana. People just not very respectful of others. But very convenient location and an easy drive to almost anywhere. We enjoyed it but probably would not return.

Unpleasant experience

My name wasn't left at security area. Delayed check-in and I missed my event. I specifically asked for a noon check-in. It was agreed before booking. I was told 12:30 the day of arrival. There was no way to get to my event. After check in, there was no hand soap anywhere. There were only 2 total washcloths for 3 days. The hotel would not provide either. The total experience was unpleasant.

Elmia. I am so sorry you were disappointed. When you booked with me you asked for an early checkin. My exact response was "We are always happy to accommodate an early check in. Check out is at 11 am so we need a minimum of 2 hours to sanitize the condo. Please reach out on the day of check in and we will make you a priority for the day. Thanks". We communicated twice that morning and we make your condo a priority that morning and notified you that the unit was ready at 12:30. Your exact response was "Perfect TY". That was a half an hour earlier than I promised and 3.5 hours earlier than check in. With regard to soap, there were two hand soaps in the closet. With regard to hand towels you are correct however I would have been happy to restock however you did not call me nor did you email. My confirmation email indicates that we are not part of the hotel and we provide our cell numbers should you need anything. I wish you well. Thanks!

My wife and I stayed here for 45 days and enjoyed every day. We are thankful to the owners for providing a clean and secure location to visit the Tampa area. I rated the check in process as a 4 due to not having a door lock code upon arrival. Took about 15 minutes to gain access. Not a big deal for sure.

Quick drive from airport to beachfront condo

We loved the size of the place--small enough to walk with kids to the beach, firepit, pool, and poolside bar. Parking was convenient under our building.

quiet but not to quiet

Nice central location between beaches and downtown areas. definitely a lot of families and children around so a bit noisier than i expected. Good food good service. room was nice floors a bit dirty and blinds at slider were missing a lot of panels but over all decent place.

Nice condo in a quiet area. Perfect for folks wanting to get away and avoid the party scene.

Condo was nicely appointed and comfortable. Entire complex is pretty quite with some families but mostly 40+ couples. Small beach area with chairs, a swing, fire pit, patio area, exercise area, pool with a bar. Only drawback, no direct ocean access. The bar, Big Bamboo Bayside, has a nice selection of beer, mixed drinks and good food! Erin was super friendly and very accomodating. The pool area is a perfect area to sit with a cold drink and watch the sun set behind the bay. Christine (owner) was great with communication and promptly answering questions. I will keep this property on my list of return-to options. One last thing to note... for breakfast, go to Nicki’s omelet and grill. About 6 miles away and well worth a visit. Scratch made food and breads with some serious rock bottom prices. You won’t leave hungry and will have plenty of cash left in your pocket!!!!

Disappointed..... I thought we were staying on the beach and near everything.

The suite, not condo could be a very nice place to stay if it was cleaned thoroughly. When we checked in the bed was unmade, dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom and hair every where. I called the owner and she took something off of one night stay. That was nice, but when I decided decided to go to bed I noticed yellow spots on the sheets. Water pressure in bathroom sink was low, toilet leaked, refrig. water filter needed to be changed and last but not least dried up blood on the wall by the patio window. To please me my husband cleaned it off the wall so, I wouldn’t have to see it the rest of our stay. The place is beautiful, just needs to be cleaned thoroughly and it is really small. Once you have arrived and see the shape of the suite and you can’t get your money back it can be very upsetting because you’re stuck there unless you want to spend more money for another place.
